ResMAE Ceases New Loan Origination

ResMAE posted a notice on its web site home page that it was no longer accepting new loan files; but would continue to honor those currently in the pipeline. It says that the suspension is temporary but the notice gives no indication of future plans for the company. ResMAE is no longer accepting new mortgage loan applications, but will continue to honor commitments placed with ResMAE before November 6th as required by ResMAE policy and state requirements.
