Impac Mortgage Holdings is looking for tenants for its new seven-story headquarters building in Irvine, reports the Orange County Business Journal.
The struggling lender, which shut down most of its lending operations last month, leases the building from the owner of Impac Center, Scholle Co., and is marketing all seven floors for sublease.
