Soon, visitors to Chicago's Sears Tower will get a rare view below from a glass enclosure called the "Ledge." The Ledge will extend out 4.3 feet from the 103rd story observation Skydeck.
A walk out on the Ledge will be part of the $14.95 Skydeck adult admission price.
