MDA DataQuick reports today that the number of Orange County homes that sold for $1 million or more plummeted 45.3% last year vs. 2007. It's another signal of how hard the local upscale housing market is being hit. O.C. sales of homes at all price ranges decreased by just 2.7% last year.
