I was just reading Brian Montgomery's speech from yesterday which reminded me of what's on the horizon with FHA insured mortgages. He points out that the increased loan limits are temporary–you only have until the end of this year to take advantage of the increased loan limits and then *poof* this coach turns back into a pumpkin!
